Shame of Akama

The burden of misjudgement lies heavily on the shoulders of Akama. Even though trading one evil for another was not in his intentions, acknowledgement of the error was done too late, and Illidan is a master of who one cannot easily get rid of. But several years of waiting and planning are finally paying off, as the courageous adventurers seek out glory and fortune. And with them a chance to enforce a bit of justice. Even the representatives of the race responsible for the initial desecration of the Temple are now aiding the forces against the Betrayer and his stronghold.

But the final judgement cannot be delivered without proper preparations. Illidan, even though his sanity is questioned by some people, is no fool and not to be taken lightly. Akama of all knows this, as Illidan did separate his soul to be kept as a hostage inside the Temple just to assure the obedience of the Broken. But even then he could not foresee the events that are slowly unfolding.

Even though Akama does not surely win any beauty contests, the one true contest to redeem his soul he did not lose. Well, to be honest I am a bit baffled of what happened, as on the same moment the Shade that Akama was seeking to defeat died, so did he also. It is a bit hard to say if it can be called a victory, but at least we got the loot which means more glory and fortune for us. We will try the justice part on the next time then.
