Technical side:
Good understanding of network (Wan and Lan). Minimum: IP-routing tables + network traffic protocols, also good knowledge of network equipment (Switches, Routers, ADSL technology, Wireless etc).
Remote access tools (Cisco VPN, etc)
Good understanding of Domain administration (Active Directory). User management, resource management etc.
Familiarity with Lotus Notes advantage
Familiar with pc cloning tools.
Familiar with centralized managed network tools (Windows Server Update Service WSUS, Group Policies publishing tools, Symantec Antivirus tools
Basic understanding of switchboard systems and mobile phones.
Good knowledge of Microsoft programs (MS Office, Vision, Projects, etc)
Basic understanding of databases structures (for example SQL)
Basic understanding of ERP programs (order-shipment process etc.)
Firewalls, Network security
Experience with Wireless Networking
TCP/IP experience
The Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

Able to plan organise and prioritize tasks
Demonstrate ability to produce process driven documentation & regular reports related to projects and on going services
